Jan is a brand new single site restaurant and bar serving up a unique concept new to its London neighbourhood - Caspian flavours. The Caspian concept brings to life flavours influenced by food and drink from the likes of Iran and Turkey. Jan hopes to take these influences and create a brand new dining and bar experience for customers by introducing new foods and exotic cocktails to the area.
iFour first got involved with the project after being approached by long time collaborators Food Concept Execution, who were looking for a company that could design and fit out the truly unique idea and bespoke project requirements to a high standard and without compromise.
The iFour team proceeded to go above and beyond this, meeting with the restaurant owner early on to understand exactly what was required in terms of equipment and utilisation of the space, but more importantly how iFour could execute the concept and really understand what Jan was trying to achieve from a customer perspective. Needless to say iFour built a fantastic relationship with the restaurant owners, project managers and staff leaders and were able to perfectly execute the food and bar service areas by taking on board every aspect that the team desired.

The iFour team continue to stay involved with Jan throughout its launch, providing continual support where needed.
